Individual physiotherapy
60 minutes of individual work under the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist. We focus on discovering the cause of the problem and its solution, education of the client and a change of the habits that caused the problem. This approach leads to the long-term impact of the therapy. For optimal results, we recommend 3 – 9 visits. Even in one hour, however, we can perform diagnostics, recommendations and learning the basic unit of exercises as well as education about everyday ergonomics.

What is the process
In your first visit you introduce the reason that brings you and the physiotherapist makes the initial examination. On this basis will physiotherapist identify the possible cause of the problem. If necessary, the physiotherapist will then prepare the individual segments or go straight to active exercise. The exercises are based on professional physiotherapeutic techniques (eg Spiraldynamic, DNS, McKenzie, ACR and others) and are selected and combined directly for you. Deep muscles are often used in exercise, which is not easy to engage at first, but the physiotherapist will teach you to work with your body and perceive it better. After the therapy you will have a series of exercises and “instructions” for adjusting common movement stereotypes. During the following visits, we always focus on correcting the current exercise, adjusting the exercise set according to your progress and gradually changing your common movement stereotypes so that your problems gradually disappear.
